Ljubljana, 12 December - It is difficult to say as yet what kind of government Rop's cabinet will be, or how it would function at home and abroad. And while the new ministerial lineup has not yet been fully revealed, the prime minister himself is even a bigger unknown, a daily comments on the appointment of Anton Rop, a former finance minister, to the post of new prime minister.
