Ljubljana, 12 December - A former Labour Ministry state secretary Zdenka Kovac has been named the Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) candidate for minister without portfolio responsible for regional development, after a unanimous decision has been made by the party's executive board, DeSUS Secretary General Pavel Brglez told STA on Thursday.
