Mramor Backed for Finance Minister by Relevant Parliamentary Body

Ljubljana, 16 December - Dusan Mramor was backed as the new finance minister by the parliamentary finance and monetary policy committee, as minister candidates for the new government are undergoing hearings at relevant parliamentary bodies on Monday. In his presentation, the economics professor outlined two priorities before his two-year term is to expire, namely to bring down inflation and enhance Slovenia's financial system.
