Parliamentary Committee Says Yes to Franci But

Ljubljana, 16 December - Franci But, outgoing agriculture minister, managed to convince the majority of members of the parliamentary committee for agriculture, forestry and food that he should stay in the post for the next term. He was backed by nine members of the committee, while two opposition MPs, Franc Susnik of Social Democrats (SDS) and Alojz Sok of New Slovenia (NSi) disagreed.
