Constitutional Court Stays Amendments to Companies Act

Ljubljana, 8 December - The Constitutional Court on Thursday stayed implementation of controversial amendments to the companies act that prevent the shareholders, managers or supervisors of insolvent companies to incorporate new companies or act as supervisors or board members. The implementation is stayed until a final decision is reached.
