Sellers in Renewed Attempt to Alleviate Mercator's Fears

Ljubljana, 13 December - The consortium selling a 52.1% stake in Slovenia's biggest grocer assured the management of Mercator on Tuesday that sensitive information would not be disclosed to its Croatian rival Agrokor, but only to the international partners financing the takeover.
