State Agency Tells Bank to Exert Diligence in Mercator Sale
Ljubljana, 14 December - The Capital Assets Management Agency (AUKN) raised its voice Wednesday with regard to the sale of a majority stake in retailer Mercator, urging the majority state-owned NLB and NKBM banks to show diligence and "carefully examine all elements of the transaction".
