Mercator Insists on Protection of Interest in Takeover

Ljubljana, 14 December - The management of retailer Mercator is adamant not to back the takeover by Croatia's Agrokor until the sellers of a majority stake make clear how Mercator's interests would be safeguarded in the transaction.
