Ljubljana, 20 December - The management of Mercator has rejected a meeting proposed by the consortium of sellers of a majority stake in Slovenia's largest retailer for Wednesday, at which the consortium wanted to present the contract for the sale of a majority stake in Mercator to Croatian food group Agrokor.
