Agrokor Prepared to Pay Only EUR 20M in Potential Penalties
Ljubljana, 19 December - The sellers of a majority stake in Slovenia's biggest grocer have persuaded Croatia's Agrokor into accepting several of Mercator's proposals for safeguards, but the penalty for the failure to meet these commitments would not exceed EUR 20m, while pundits say it should be at least EUR 150m.
