Economy Ministry Official Supports Mercator Sale

Ljubljana, 20 December - While the finance and agriculture ministries oppose the sale of a 52.1% stake in retailer Mercator to Croatian rival Agrokor, an Economy Ministry official believes the move would show that Slovenia supports foreign direct investment. Every investment opens the door to new investment, Marjan Hribar told the press on Tuesday.
