Krizanic Urges AUKN to Protect Slovenian Food Production Chain

Ljubljana, 19 December - The Finance Ministry again argued on Monday against the sale of retailer Mercator to Croatian rival Agrokor, urging the Capital Assets Management Agency (AUKN), which manages state-owned stakes in companies, to "do all that is necessary to protect the company and the Slovenian food industry".
