Trade Unions Protest against Mercator Sale to Croatian Rival

Ljubljana, 20 December - Two trade union confederations staged a protest in front of the government building on Tuesday, demanding that the planned sale of a 52.1% stake in Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator to its Croatian rival Agrokor is halted. They moreover request from the government to acquire 25% plus one share in the retailer.
