Jankovic Opposes Sale of Mercator, Proposes Alternative

Ljubljana, 20 December - The prospective PM-designate Zoran Jankovic told reporters on Tuesday that he was personally against the sale of Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator to its Croatian rival Agrokor. He believes Mercator and Agrokor's retail arm Konzum should be joined trough an exchange of shares.
