Deal on Zero-Deficit Rule Sparks Mixed Responses

Ljubljana, 24 May - The introduction of the zero-deficit rule in the Constitution triggered mixed responses on Friday. While the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) welcomed the fiscal rule, trade unions voiced disappointment and said the new rule would only deepen the crisis and undermine the welfare state.
