Večer says EU entering new year without clear refugee policy

Maribor, 30 December - The out-of-tune EU is welcoming the new year 2016 unprepared for the new wave of refugees expected in the spring, without a common asylum policy and without a common foreign and security policy that could help resolve the problem at the very source, the daily Večer says in Wednesday's commentary.
