UNHCR say aliens act changes could mean breach of Refugee Convention
Ljubljana, 25 January - UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, called on the National Assembly on Wednesday to reject changes to the aliens act, because they could "jeopardize the rights of those fleeing war and persecution to seek asylum in the country".
