Ljubljana, 23 February - Reflecting on the European Court of Human Rights's (ECHR) vindication of neurosurgeon Vinko Dolenc in the decades-long case against him by an Israeli citizen, who became disabled after Dolenc removed a tumour from his brain in Ljubljana, Delo says that Slovenia had left one of its leading surgeons hanging for reasons that are hard to fathom.
