No agreement on funding of municipalities after all

Ljubljana, 7 February - Representatives of Slovenian municipalities indicated on Tuesday they would not sign an agreement with the government on raising per capita state funding by EUR 3.5 for this year although one association admitted it had proposed this very sum accepted by the Finance Ministry.
